Mary’s Wholesome Living is returning to Blumen Gardens for another interactive fermentation class! Mary Krystinak will instruct the class in making Spiced Fermented Cauliflower. You get to decide what spices and how much to add so that it suits your own taste! All attendees will have the opportunity to do a tasting of fermented cauliflower, and they will receive additional recipes for fermentation. Participants will go home with their own jar of Cauliflower all set to ferment! Enjoy at home after the fermentation process is complete!
