We continue to expand our inventory of certified organic herbs and vegetables. Co-owner Joel Barczak insists, “These are the best looking vegetables he’s ever seen in the Garden Center.” Choose from a variety of well-tended and tasty plants. Or pick up a mix of vegetables and herbs in a pre-made “salad bowl” (Enjoy these aesthetically on the patio as well as the dinner table). Be sure to check our other edibles like our popular Blueberry, Blackberry, and Raspberry dwarf fruit shrubs that do excellent in containers!
Our vegetable list includes: Asparagus, Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, Green & Red Cabbage, Italian Eggplant, Green & Red Russian Kale, Lettuces (red or green leaf, sweet or spicy Mesclun), Red & White Onions, Sweet Bell Peppers (red, orange, yellow, purple), Chili Peppers (sweet & hot), Swiss Chard, Tomatoes (red slicers, purple Beefsteak, red Romas, Sun Gold Cherries), Purple and Green Tomatillos.
Our Herb list includes: Chamomile, Chives, Cilantro, Italian & Curly Parsley, Dill, Lemongrass, Basil (Genovese, Lemon, Purple, Thai), Marjoram, Nasturtiums, Oregano, Peppermint & Applemint, Sage, French Tarragon.
Other delicious edibles include: Rubarb, Dwarf Shrubs (Blueberry, Blackberry, and Raspberry), Grapes, Hardy Fig Trees, Apple and Cherry Trees.
